Summary0000008: Can't type several regional characters
DescriptionIt's impossible to type ą and ń with Polish Programmers layout. They're typed by pressing Right Alt + a and Right Alt + n respectively - it does nothing.
Steps To Reproduce1. Set keyboard to Polish (Programmers).
2. Try to type characters by pressing Alt + a and Alt + n.

 Tried with a virtual keyboard. When I type alt+a or alt+n it inserts 'a' or 'n' characters. http://imgur.com/3cRjIad [^]

 And that's the point - it should print ą. For me it doesn't print anything, but a/n isn't better than nothing in this case :P

 Unicode is not (well) supported in editor. Major refactoring is needed.
