I've tried the latest NewOpcodes from this page http://gtaforums.com/topic/518780-cleo4newopcodes-by-dk22pac/page-4 [^]

and the opcode 0D76 is correctly compiled for me. Make sure that you have set path to the correct INI file in the SB options (F10 > General > Opcodes (INI)) and this INI have the line:
0D76=3,%3d% = component %1d% object %2d%
